One guy was trying to sell me marketing strategy this way agressively, 3x yes, emotional blackmailing and made me feel worried and present to me that I lost opportunity…and he did not suceed..i really can't stand these duchebags, trying to sell this way..thankfully it is not working on me. I always take 1 night of good sleep to decide…never buy during heattime, ask yourself if you need this first and take your time to analyse well and inform yourself.

I mean, supposed the person you come across is single, has no dependents, has zero debt, owns his or her home free and clear, etc. and has around $3m in their retirement investments on top of what they get off retirement from their job. I know a couple people in that or very similar situations.

I mean look I just like messing with people……and it's EASY to do that here…..but ANYONE here, I MEAN ANYONE hearing and agreeing with "If you had to write a check right now for what your family's safety and security is worth" blah blah blah KNOWING THIS MAN's strategy to make that happen is to steal/rob/mislead OTHER people of doing the same thing is not only an idiot but is the VERY THING that is wrong is American society, #Period. If we want to have a talk about what myself/you would do for your family when it came down to it that is ONE thing but to sit here and agree/promote/ be a part of people "hustling" (SCAMMING) other people is both evil and the problem. Now that came off aggressive, and it is meant to be and I can say that based STRICLY OFF the way his site's "sign up" gifs work lmao….and his "background" checks out…..

    Don't be a POS Human kings….

    You don't need to buy his "course" (money laund*****) IF:

    You're a waiter/waitress, people who are hungry and NEED food will come eat….coercing people into it when they don't need it leads to obesity….

    You're a car salesman/saleswoman people who need a car will come buy a car they can afford when they can afford it, coercing people into buying a car they don't need and/or can't afford leads to financial problems

    You're a stock trader, people who want to and are ready to invest will reach out, coercing people into spending money they don't have leads to destroyed lives

    You're an NBA hiring manager, people who are skilled and tall enough will come to you, coercing my 5'8 white as* into thinking I have a chance leads to angry late night justifiable youtube posts

    You're a motivational speaker, people will come to hear you speak free of charge or even pay a reasonable rate, coercing people with an extensive volume of falsified "fake appearance" youtube videos while you charge thousands of dollars to show up and show out in your fake un-earned "Ranger pant*y" dress shorts and a synth testosterone starved body only leads to infinite internet shame…….and people doing an extensive criminal background search…..

  16. If you got something people truly want, you really don't need a sales pitch. They'll just buy it, no? I'm not typically swayed by people trying to give me a sales pitch. As soon as I catch a whif of something I want I'll just get it if I can afford it.

  22. Did he prepare this beforehand…like wtf. Masterclass in getting attention, I wonder if it's more about the skills to have an idea of how to approach every sale and you adjust your conversation for that product.

This man’s sales techniques work only for a specific demographic, learn how to exercise “personality flex” we can’t speak loudly and overbearing to someone who has a low voice tone and volume, silence is also a good closing skill to fold into your abilities. If the prospect looks like this man then he will be able to close on him. Race, age, body weight, personal hobbies/interests are also key factors in how to effectively close. For beginners, use the “successive close” by simply asking the prospect; “so you like the location of the house, correct? And you love the design and layout, correct?” Ask about 5-7 short questions like this and get the prospects head moving up and down indicating yes then after the last question say; “so, are you ready to do the paperwork and buy the home now?” And once you say that you SHUT UP! Don’t say a word, the first person who speaks, loses. If he objects to something, go through the handling an objection cycle and then re-close and again, keep you mouth shut, no matter how long the silence goes on, keep quiet.
