  1. I appreciate this content! Nonetheless, Facebook has gone through several updates. It’s been 4 years form this video you uploaded.

My question would be. Do you believe Facebook has now the potential to become something like YouTube in 2022 forward or should we still consider to follow the “video teaser strategy” for Facebook videos?

  2. This is phenomenal! Thank you for creating this! I am just starting my YouTube channel (I have 24 subscribers 🤣) but am working hard to grow. Facebook is where I have the largest group of people so I’ve been using it as much as I can to try and increase my subscribers. Thanks so much!!!!! 💜💜

  3. Yes! What she says about live streaming on Facebook is absolutely true, especially with women. Knowing the people who are commenting, recognizing them on air and talking directly to them if you can, is HUGE in building an audience (or has been in my experience).

  4. I think it also depends on your target audience. I have close to 10,000 Facebook followers, 90% of which are women. But on YouTube I have around 2,100 subscribers, and only 32% are women. For what I do (basically, home/auto repair for dummies, with a humorous twist), Facebook is a much better format for getting in front of women. You're right in that how you design/edit a video for YouTube and Facebook is very different, and I tend to edit for Facebook because I've been so much more successful there. Unfortunately for me, sponsors seem to care more about YouTube subscribers than Facebook followers, and I've had trouble with the conversion. (BTW, I love how you can hear one of Tim's kids fussing the background.)

  5. I am at the moment, trying to get traffic to go from facebook to youtube because my goal is to grow my youtube channel. Thanks I'll try applying these tips.

  6. This guy has some good content, but preaches engagement. Comment back to every comment, he's said. But, I didn't see one response to any question here. 👍

  7. Jessica makes a great point about acknowledging your viewers and responding to them. I know there are several channels I no longer listen to because the hosts never responded to any comments and were always "Too Busy" for their subscribers. I understand there are times a content provider cant respond but I think its important to remember our viewers are who make and break our channels. I know its easy for me to say with only a handful of subscribers but I dont want to ever make them feel I am ignoring them. Thank you Tim and Jessica
