  8. Great video! Thanks! This is really spot on, but one thing that is more or less always missing in these types of customer journeys is a holistic/ecosystem view on what is happening. There are many non standard ways to follow these paths, and I believe we need to start to take the surrounding environment into account as well.

    I will be completely honest with you here: When I started getting your commercial message, I still didn't really trust you (since then you've become my main goto source). This was back in the previous pure book form of 30 days. What I did (and here's the honesty) is, I pirated the book to see if it was actually any good. After doing 3-4 of the days, I was convinced this is gold! And more than that, I not just wanted the book, I wanted to support you and all your amazing free content on YouTube. Then I immediately went back and bought the book for real. Since then I've bought some of your other courses when they were on sale, not mainly to get the course, but rather to send a bit of money your way. I'm not really in a situation where I can spend the big bucks, but if I get there I will go for the more personal experience, again partly to "pay back" for all you've given for free.

    I think this points to the importance of community, willingness to give, and the shared beliefs you often talk about, as driving forces also in the sales process.

  25. Two urgent questions Not related to this. How come i can't find Video manager or ck on song copyrights on this smartphone? I use to be able to. Also unable to get desktop version on this. Didn't use to be a problem. Sorry i can't stay.
