4. Please have your editor slow down the artificial acceleration of the video so we can absorb the information in one take.

   Even when we slow it down we are unable to at least on most mobile browsers – Edge, I'm using – to get it to a "normal " speed. We are stuck with playing it at .75 the speed which makes your voice sound robotic and unbearable to listen to.

   Speed reading and speed listening are different… you may be alienating those of us that listen better than we hear lol.

9. I’ve noticed that customers don’t get added to my klaviyo list during checkout even when the “accept marketing” box is checked. Their profile says they haven’t opted in to marketing. Do they have to go through a form? Or is this a fluke?
