  1. Direct T.v. Call service is unorganized to the point they can not keep track of what they offer for a service.Resulting in confusion and lost promotions that they offer as a company. Which confused my bill charging more than the service also what the real price of t.v. nowadays making Direct.T.v. Unsatisfiable as customer. There customer service is a service that the company can not keep track of from there own employees that are called customer representative's nor can they relate to each state as there own service is given from a branch or team that can not operate from its model of ordinance in each state given there customer is in the same branch or ordinance . Making it's service for there representative's harder than it should also for the customer as well confusing all matters business or rebates that they gave as a package making prices different over time with no way to tell there customers to know there rebates or promotions given. Making your bill unmanageable to both you and customer service agent meaning the agent has to re-look at the bills and promotions rebate's to give you an answer for why your bill is much higher than agreed upon at time of approval from you as a customer cause it results in what i think is conflict of payment which is not explained before the issue happens cause the system is blind of there own service which is of the promotions and rebates are not systematically proper in order to be subject to automatically wavier your fees and tell you before hand what of which you have to pay in fees subtracting your bill also there taking your time for each unexplained incident ending in inconvenience of service.

  2. If you don't have AT&T wireless and/or you don't wan't to use wireless for your main source of internet than you still need a cord. Also at launch NFL Sunday ticket is not going to be offered with Directv now. So those hoping for NFL Sunday Ticket with this service are just SOL. Directv Now, Sling TV, PS Vue, Youtube live etc are just slightly cheaper versions of cable tv that stream over IP.

  3. Hello, Big question that everyone seems to avoid. How do direcTV customers get internet/broadband? Don't they also have to have a cable connection or very good 4G service? Isn't that an expense in addition to your TV service? It doesn't seem to me that you're saving any money if you consume media that way.

  4. Working in IT, you would be surprised on how people don't know anything about technology. Their minds are blown if I mention HDMI. What I don't understand though, is the fact I could explain this to my 72 year old father and he would be set up and enjoying tv in minutes. These anchors are just dumb. I mean asking how they will get it on their TV. Really? I'm ATT, im gonna release this thing called Directv NOW. We are giving you a fire tv stick for 1 month or apple tv for signing up for 3 months. But don't worry you cant use them because we dont have an app. lol. Sometimes makes me wonder how some get through school. You know where everything is pretty much connected and done with technology.
