  1. ❤Romans 10:9 — "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."❤✝️ JESUS CHRIST IS GOD REPENT❗️ Romans 10:9 — "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

  2. What he isn't telling you is…if an insurance company hears there was a roofer on your roof before they got there for an insurance claim they won't approve the claim cause they will say the roofer caused the damages. Nice try buddy

  3. I wonder where this "pitch" originated from because I've literally had someone use one 100% identical to this on me this past fall.

    1) I knew my roof had zero damage.
    2) even if i didn't, I wouldn't have trusted this random person so interested in climbing around my house and allowed them to do anything.

A lot of these things "sounds" great but in reality don't work out like that.

  4. I love it, every cell person knows that building relationships is your first order of business. You never sell on the phone, you get a meeting in person and you just tell them you’re not trying to sell them anything you just wanna learn more about them or their company or how you can assist. You never just go in for the kill that pushes people away immediately.

  5. Talk all the trash you want internet. I worked in sales and owned 5 retail stores reliant on skilled sellers. No one smart would pass on hiring someone that has mastered their craft at this level. At the end when hes talking about writing up the invoice some of you are perceiving it wrong, if you're a true salesmen closing a sale is exciting. Especially when pull it off as smooth as he portrays. It's not wrong when you're selling a product that you believe in to people who need it.
