I’ve been on YouTube for 8 years, inconsistently. I scrapped my channel and started new recently and it’s been going great. Let’s be consistent and we’ll get there guys! Keep it up everyone:))
Hell even getting to 100 subs (im almost there!) Has been hard. Cant imagine 250, 500, 1000, and so on. The algorithm is hard to latch on to…

I'm so frustrated with YouTube. I get so many subscribers taken away in the "other" category. No explanation. I also lose so many views & likes on my shorts. It doesn't make sense. Youtube is more discreet about it now by taking the views away as they are added, rather than 100s all at once now. What can I do about it? And, why are they doing this?

It’s the what first, then the who because if you know what the content you will find out who is watching your video that you put for the content that’s people your video because I put my content in when the content is found out who is watching when Someone leaves a comment that the Contant creator replies back so that’s why the what goes first and then the who
Right. So all these help channels know so much with all these tips and tricks, then explain me this and the supposed logic behind the algorithm:
I post a 6:30 video on my small channel that in 24 hours has more than 100 views and the algorithm keeps making impressions for it. The CTR is 13,6% and around 50% of the viewers are watching the video until the end.
Suddenly, the algorithm just stops making impressions for that video. I mean, it didn’t slow down, it stopped completely, a total flat line on impressions. And obviously the video had no more views, since it’s not showing up to anyone anymore.
Why is that? What is the logic here?
Why did Youtube stop making impressions if the video was having nice acceptance and engagement?

I am not monetised and they are placing them in the middle of my videos, which ruins them. It seems you can only turn them off if you are a YT Partner and I'm not there yet as I have less than 1000 subscribers. Is there a way to do it? Thank you 😊
