  1. “I’m looking for customers, I’m not looking for fans” – that is why I hate short videos, "You have to convince yourself in 5 seconds" 🤣🤣No! I'm doing TRANSFORMATION with my people. I'm not fast food restaurant, I am a 5 Michelin star restaurant. I can't express myself in 5 seconds because I'm not putting a plaster on a broken leg. 😎😎 Love this conception.

  2. Thanks for the insights . My product is Ai driven Customer success agent. So this is a product. Is trust funnel more applicable for industry leaders or expert as they are selling their knowledge and less for product ? Or its equally important and valuable for product?

  3. Thanks Graham for your insights! I feel really grateful that I found your content at the beginning of my business journey. I think it is safe to say you already saved me a lot of headache. Can’t wait the day my budget opens to buy you coaching sessions 😊

  4. Again – I wonder if you can respond to this situation and provide advice. I have purchased access and ordered building pages for my business in oil and gas in the beginning of 2024, only to find out that functionality of Kajabi is limited and that I cannot make my clients register for the paid courses (and get the total SRM loop working) without asking them to register in Kajabi (which was not an option for my industry). Instead, I had to build in my own payment page and send out emails manually to the clients who'd like to register.

I spoke with the Knowledge and Training team and they confirmed that that's the technical outlook and if I'd liek to apply the system completely, each and every client of mine has to register to Kajabi.

I work in upstream oil and gas and this did not work. I ran few free courses with Kajabi and then proceeded paying for the services without really applying those. I found a solution now which entails me leaving Kajabi.

Acting in good faith, asked to terminate my services with the writing off two last payments that I had to make. I know Kajabi supports course creators – but regrettably I find a complete lack of attention and mere breach of promises. My bank has just had yet another demand for payment, that's after email from Kajabi that the payment won't be claimed.

I am trying to copy pages that someone created for me in Kajabi, that was paid service and (at the end) I figured that those pages won't function without creating a client accounts. I paid for more than a year for a dysfunctional system and now Kajabi cannot resolve my issue without me becoming almost harassed with the payment claims from Kajabi and my bank being very uphappy about it.

  5. You truly embody everything you present in this video. As I discovered your videos and explored the valuable content you offer, I started following you and listening closely to what you share. In a very short time, I found myself trusting you. That trust comes from the quality of the content you deliver and the way you share it. Thank you for bringing so much value to those who follow you.

  6. I have a newsletter, YouTube channel, and last month I did my first live stream. I started collective viewer and member quotes, and I plan to take your tip to embed more stories into my CTAs. Thank you.

  7. I wish I could like this 100 times! This is so huge and is much needed to help shift the world. If we could just apply this to our personal relationships as well…talk about this being a better place. Thank you so much for giving me the courage to trust my instincts about how to do business! This is a God send! 🙏

  8. The blog/newsletter is low hanging fruit for me- easy to do as I love writing. But I'd like to challenge myself to do live webinars too! This was great info.

  9. Thanks this really gels with me – I have been doubtful regarding the use of a sales funnels. I am a writer so some of the strategies you mentioned will work for me and my business. Love the aspect of a trust funnel.

  10. A "Trust Funnel" is also a Sales Funnel. What you are trying to get across is that funnels should be made with videos or text HELPING to build TRUST rather than trying to foist off or foist on sales through technical wizardry or chicanery! But most funnel builders ALREADY know this, and create the "rags to riches" stories and load their advertisement with testimonials to build trust even in their complex funnels. Also there is a "magnet" in the proper prototype of a sales funnel that attracts the "iron particles of trust" in the prospective buyers' subconscious mind, based on mentalism hacks that can be used to advertise and clinch deals. Unfortunately — or fortunately ! –technical dazzle, colour and authoritarian imposition also appear to build as much trust as an emotive trust building story does. For example, a product picturized in the golden rectangle ratio will naturally generate sales owing to its inherent power of attraction even with no trust building to bolster it. You will make your point better IF you could PROVE that a simple trust building video or text as advertisement will OVERSHADOW and OUTDO the dazzle and meretriciousness of a complex sales funnel created by an IT wizard!

  11. Everything is a sales funnel.. Anytime you're taking a customer through a sales process, whether a system or walking in a store to check out, is a funnel. Whether you are dropping your kids off in the morning for school, then picking up after. Funnel= A process that will give you an end result.

  12. Great presentation. I agree totally. I have a question. When you tell a story about one of your clients, do you need to include the client's name, or can you simply say, "I have a client who…" I have a lot of great stories, but I don't know if the client wants their name used. At the same time, I don't want people to think I'm just making up the story because I don't use a name. Please give me some guidance or suggestions on this.

  13. God bless you bro. I've never heard this before but with common sense this is how we've been buying all buy any high ticket in our lives subconsciously

  14. Finally an Internet business approach that aligns with my ethics.
I just finished editing the intro for my online course and realized that two-thirds of it is me explaining who shouldn’t buy the course. It’s just how I prefer to be.

  15. This was so valuable thank you! My intuition had already led me to many of these. I love to talk and hate social media posting so I just go live 1 x week and post longer videos sharing education, tips and resources. Even my stories I'm teaching and sharing personal stories with their outcomes as examples. I started doing all of this to build relationships with women (my audience) not to sell anything which has now led to a call to action to be supported in community while receiving live mentorship from me. I was an early adopter of kajabi and have never used it properly or successfully but i refused to give it up as I knew its potential. Rebranding and relaunching this spring and your videos are inspiring as well as educational. I've learned so much about how to set up my business on kajabi in just a few videos and execute what I envision. Thank you so very much Graham!

  16. This information is ABSOLUTELY refreshing to hear for my new business as a Functional Medicine coach! I was previously feeling "icky" as you described when I thought about having to make marketing funnels as a means of building a customer base. It is intimidating to think about how many other coaches I am competing with out there. Thank you so much for the GREAT advice!!
