I don't know if therapy can help some people I spend thousands of dollars on an attorney private drug test to find out they were just raping robbing and abusing a person for money they're lying and covering it up they refused to take responsibility for the abuse on her and her child and profiting and benefiting knowingly off of it they lure them into a situation that lied to get them their the strangulated suffocated until defecation turn knowingly profiting and benefiting off of rape and abuse refusing to take responsibility for them the most dying trying the only thing I can come up with is that is the only thing large amounts of money from a single mom with a baby under the age of one the mom in front of the baby using intimidation fear to profit and benefit thermostat to sleep deprivation trauma rape and abuse they also worked 21 hours on the weekends 17 on Sunday and 4/16 with no day off ever their sleep-deprived to the point of you know no return they have to zero remorse for what they're doing and they want me to lie and cover it up it's on state and federal taxes I can't dubsmash phones factory reset phones reroute phone calls so they couldn't contact anybody burnt them with a cooking torch stalked and harassed them physically attacked them over things that are not real and do not exist and then try to blame them inviting them somewhere and then physically and sexually assaulting them is called raven robbery premeditated as normally what happens when you strangulate and suffocate somebody after inviting them in and you take large amounts of money it's called g****** and robbery but they refused to take responsibility for what they're doing I don't know if therapy is going to help

Although cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) works somewhat in some situations, it is not good enough to be used on its own because it has small effect sizes, methodological flaws, short-term benefits, and poor generalizability. Instead of keeping up CBT's overblown image, the field needs to focus on personalized, culturally sensitive interventions and careful comparisons with active treatments. In the future, researchers should look into integrated models that fix the problems with CBT while still using its best features in certain situations.
The second question should have been: what does "being better" mean to you? Why are you suggesting ideas to the patient???

Am 25.and just got admitted to university this year to study Guidiance and Counselling my desire was just to graduate and am done,but for our second semester the my lecturer introduced forensic counselling to us and I think I finally have a direction towards life am looking forward to finishing my decree and continue with masters by God's grace
It appears that all of her motivation was built around the idea that she could fix her family situation if she performed to a certain standard and when that did not work out, but backfired, she lost all of her motivation to keep going.

I love that client is being portrayed as someone suffering with depression who is good at masking with a smile. So many people mask and deny their depressive symptoms and it can be really hard for them to seek help as they can function fairly well up until a point.
she’s never telling the truth of what is the real reason of her depression , the psychiatrist needs to guess what was the event that make her motivation down , once she guess the reason , client will open up with tears and no more smiles
