Do you have this complete exact workspace in your shop?
The problem is that you need to deeply understand Notion to create a useful connected organisation such as you describe. It is not intuitive and once you have started down a path of organisation it is very difficult to change or adapt this to a better path that avoids the inefficiencies discovered.
